Exceptional project management right from the start

Surrounded by a family of tradies, it’s no surprise that Latham Jones turned his hand to building. In 2017, he started LTJ Build, slowly and methodically establishing a name for himself as a skilled, precise builder – with a knack for project management.

Today, LTJ Build is a team of seven (including Latham and his partner, Abbey). Latham has hand-picked a team that shares his passion for the trade and will go the extra mile to ensure that they complete every build on time – and to the highest standard.

Latham has always been a hands-on guy, and even though his team has quadrupled in size, he’s still your go-to person on every build.

Whether you’re after a home and land package or a custom build, you can expect Latham and his team to bring fresh and committed energy to every project.

From a young age, Latham learned the value of a strong work ethic. His father was never shy of getting his hands dirty to get the job done – and that’s exactly how Latham works. He loves every aspect of the build process and meeting new clients, and has a real knack for “picking up what you’re putting down”. It’s important to him to create a business that makes his team proud, and he is trusted implicitly by clients and suppliers. When he’s not on the tools, you’ll find Latham with his family, throwing around the odd rugby ball or cooking “a bloody good roast”.

Abbey

administration

After months of watching Latham work double-time on the tools and the books, Abbey officially joined the LTJ Build team.

With a Diploma in Interior Design, a background in property law and real estate, Abbey’s favourite part of the job is working with clients to bring their dream homes to life. She likes to get things done quickly, which makes her the perfect person to keep the team’s projects on track. Abbey is kept busy working behind the scenes and juggling their two kids.

Latham had previously built a new home for us, and we were very satisfied with the build. When we decided to build another new house, we had no hesitation in contacting Latham from LTJ Build. With fresh ideas and a vision in mind to suit our needs, Latham gave really good guidance on the next project.

From the exterior to interior, flooring to kitchen design, all specifications from LTJ Build were well-designed and professionally managed.

He was very open to our ideas within the design of the house, taking into account our personal preferences. That was the fun bit! Latham’s project management was exceptional, as he met all timelines he put in place for the build. We highly recommend him and his team and would not hesitate to use him again for future projects.
